A BIG MAJOR ISSUE faced by unincorporated communities in El Paso is due to the lack of zoning authority, polluting businesses will move into residential communities without any impediment and create major health hazards which includes but isn't limited to: Illegal dumping, lack of infrastructure, and inadequate water, sewer, and natural gas access.

Our mission statement is to serve the unincorporated areas in El Paso County, Texas by engaging the community in projects designed to improve the overall health and financial outcomes for its residents.
